Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Our client is seeking a hands-on CFO to lead their organization and serve as a strategic business partner to the CEO, leadership team, ownership group, lenders, and Board of Directors. The ideal candidate will bring proven manufacturing finance leadership, deep expertise in cash flow and working capital management, forecasting, financial reporting, debt and covenant management, and operational finance. This leader must be equally comfortable driving strategy and rolling up their sleeves to improve processes, profitability, and financial discipline.

Required Qualifications Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance executive in a manufacturing organization of comparable size and complexity. Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide finance functions. Strong expertise in cash management, liquidity planning, working capital optimization, and debt management. Extensive experience building and managing robust forecasting and financial planning processes.
