Company:

As CFO, you will lead all accounting and finance functions for the company, including financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, cash flow management, and operational analytics. You will help oversee the job costing, WIP reporting, banking and bonding relationships, contract risk management, and internal controls while working closely with project and operations leaders to monitor profitability and financial performance. In addition to leading the accounting team, you will identify process improvements, strengthen reporting capabilities, and help ensure the business has the financial visibility needed to make sound decisions and achieve its growth objectives.
