Job Summary:

We are seeking a Non-profit CFO to oversee all financial aspects of our organization in Dallas. The CFO will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's degree preferred) CPA certification is a plus Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar financial leadership role Knowledge of non-profit financial regulations and compliance requirements Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage annual budgets Provide financial analysis and forecasting to the leadership team Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting Oversee audit and tax functions Implement financial policies and procedures to ensure internal controls Collaborate with stakeholders to drive financial sustainability and growth
