As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, reporting, risk analysis, and strategic planning. Your expertise will ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements while fostering innovative financial strategies that support our organizational goals. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with organizational objectives, including revenue management, cost control, and profit optimization. Lead the preparation of accurate financial statements, reports, and analysis in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), and IAS (International Accounting Standards). Oversee corporate accounting functions such as financial reporting, regulatory compliance, treasury management, and risk analysis to ensure operational integrity. Manage budgeting processes, financial forecasting models, and fiscal management activities to support strategic decision-making. Direct internal controls implementation in line with COSO (Committee of Sponsoring Organizations) frameworks and ensure SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) compliance across all financial processes. Lead mergers & acquisitions efforts by conducting due diligence, valuation analysis, negotiations, and integration planning to facilitate business growth. Supervise finance teams responsible for financial analysis, business development initiatives, supply chain cost control, payroll management, and expense oversight. Requirements Extensive experience in finance leadership roles with a proven track record in financial management, strategic planning, and corporate finance. Deep understanding of accounting standards such as
GAAP, IFRS, IAS, ASC 606
(Revenue Recognition), and tax accounting principles. Strong expertise in risk management practices including risk analysis and mitigation strategies. Demonstrated success in managing complex financial projects such as mergers & acquisitions or fundraising for business development. Proficiency with advanced financial software systems and tools for financial modeling, reporting, and analysis. Exceptional leadership skills with experience supervising finance teams and collaborating with senior leadership on strategic initiatives. Excellent communication skills for interpreting financial statements and presenting insights to stakeholders at all levels. Relevant certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant), CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) are highly desirable.
