As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, reporting, risk analysis, and strategic planning. Your expertise will ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements while fostering innovative financial strategies that support our organizational goals. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with organizational objectives, including revenue management, cost control, and profit optimization. Lead the preparation of accurate financial statements, reports, and analysis in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), and IAS (International Accounting Standards). Oversee corporate accounting functions such as financial reporting, regulatory compliance, treasury management, and risk analysis to ensure operational integrity. Manage budgeting processes, financial forecasting models, and fiscal management activities to support strategic decision-making. Direct internal controls implementation in line with COSO (Committee of Sponsoring Organizations) frameworks and ensure SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) compliance across all financial processes. Lead mergers & acquisitions efforts by conducting due diligence, valuation analysis, negotiations, and integration planning to facilitate business growth. Supervise finance teams responsible for financial analysis, business development initiatives, supply chain cost control, payroll management, and expense oversight.
