Position Summary The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key member of the executive leadership team and a strategic partner to the President. The CFO will lead the organization's financial strategy, planning, reporting, and risk management activities while helping drive long-term growth, profitability, and operational excellence. This role offers the opportunity to influence the strategic direction of the company, partner closely with executive leadership, and make a meaningful impact on organizational performance. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute financial strategies that support the company's short-term objectives and long-term growth plans. Provide financial leadership, insight, and recommendations to the President and executive leadership team. Oversee all accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and cash management functions. Ensure timely, accurate, and meaningful financial reporting and performance analysis. Manage capital structure, financing relationships, and cash flow to optimize financial strength and flexibility. Identify, assess, and manage financial, operational, and regulatory risks. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal controls. Support strategic initiatives, including acquisitions, expansion opportunities, capital investments, and business development activities. Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting and finance team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Communicate financial results, trends, and key performance indicators to leadership and other stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required. CPA strongly preferred; MBA, CFA, or other advanced credentials are a plus. Progressive financial leadership experience, including senior-level finance or CFO responsibilities. Demonstrated expertise in financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury management, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic finance. Strong understanding of corporate governance, internal controls, regulatory compliance, and risk management. Experience partnering with executive leadership teams to drive business performance and strategic decision-making. Exceptional analytical, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Compensation and Benefits Salary Range:
$120,000 to $160,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Incentive Compensation:
