Job Description

HEALTHWAYS INC. CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
This position reports to the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for overall administration and functioning of all fiscal and financial responsibilities of a nonprofit health care facility. Applicants must have a successful track record in directing the fiscal and financial operations of a health care business including receivables, payables and medical records. Mastery of common business and financial software is a must as well as experience and ability to adopt new software associated with fiscal systems and medical records. Proven management and analytical skills, and the ability to generate accurate reports and business analyses on a timely basis are required. A bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration is also required. This position will be attractive to an applicant ready to direct the fiscal organization of a company employing approximately 200 employees. This position is located in Weirton WV, twenty (20) miles from Pittsburgh International Airport.
