We're looking for an experienced, licensed public adjuster to serve as a trusted advocate for our clients — guiding them through the claims process, negotiating fair settlements, and protecting their interests every step of the way. We manage a consistently high volume of active claims and need someone who can carry a full caseload without missing a beat. What You'll Do Manage a full, ongoing caseload of property insurance claims from first notice of loss through final settlement Conduct on-site property inspections and damage assessments Prepare accurate, detailed Xactimate estimates supporting the full, correct scope of covered damage Negotiate directly with insurance carriers and their adjusters to secure fair, timely settlements Draft supplement requests, appraisal demands, and claim dispute correspondence Keep policyholders informed and supported at every stage of their claim Coordinate with attorneys, appraisers, and contractors as claims require Maintain accurate, well-organized claim files Stay current on Arizona public adjusting regulations and licensing requirements What We're Looking For Active Arizona Public Adjuster license (required) Minimum 4 years of public adjusting experience Proven ability to manage a high volume of active claims at once Strong Xactimate estimating skills — must produce precise, defensible estimates Solid working knowledge of property insurance policies, coverage, claims procedures, and regulatory compliance Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent negotiation, written, and verbal communication skills Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently Reliable transportation for inspections throughout the Phoenix metro area Compensation & Benefits $75,000-$120,000 annually, commensurate with experience Health benefits Company cell phone To Apply Call 602-524-8102 or email .
