We are a high-volume, fast-paced personal injury law firm in Scottsdale seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Intake Specialist / Property Damage Coordinator with 2+ years of relevant experience. This is a full-time, in-office, client-facing role requiring frequent phone communication, strong organization, initiative, and the ability to manage a heavy workload accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities Open new personal injury and property damage insurance claims Investigate and obtain insurance and coverage information when not initially available Open, manage, and follow up on property damage claims Communicate extensively by phone and email with clients, insurance adjusters, attorneys, and other parties Follow up consistently with insurance carriers to keep claims moving Assist clients with property damage issues, vehicle repairs, total-loss claims, rental vehicles, and next steps Maintain accurate claim numbers, policy information, adjuster information, contact information, and file notes Monitor assigned files and proactively identify outstanding items requiring follow-up Manage multiple files, calls, emails, and deadlines simultaneously Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure files are properly opened and maintained Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a law firm, insurance company, personal injury practice, or related role Personal injury intake and/or property damage experience strongly preferred Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills Comfortable with heavy phone volume and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with a strong sense of urgency What We Offer Starting salary of $45,000+ per year , based on experience Matching 401(k) Paid time off Stable, professional in-office work environment Opportunity for advancement and increased responsibility Long-term growth potential within the firm
