Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Settlement Resolution Manager specializing in Personal Injury claims to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the resolution of complex personal injury claims by coordinating with claimants, legal teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure fair and efficient settlements. Your expertise will drive the claims process forward, uphold regulatory compliance, and deliver exceptional customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence claim outcomes positively while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism. Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end settlement process for personal injury claims, ensuring timely and accurate resolution. Conduct thorough claims adjudication by analyzing case details, medical reports, liability assessments, and policy coverage. Negotiate claim settlements with claimants, attorneys, and third-party vendors to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Collaborate with legal teams to interpret insurance law and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies. Utilize estimating software such as Xactimate for property damage assessments related to personal injury claims. Detect and prevent fraud by applying fraud prevention and detection techniques throughout the claims process. Maintain detailed documentation of claim activities, correspondence, and settlement agreements for audit purposes. Requirements Proven experience in casualty and property insurance claims processing, including liability insurance claims adjudication. Strong analysis skills with the ability to evaluate complex cases involving personal injury or casualty claims. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and insurance-specific estimating software such as Xactimate. Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-focused approach to client communication. Knowledge of insurance law, insurance regulation, and regulatory compliance in claims processing. Familiarity with auto estimating and property insurance claims processing procedures. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while managing multiple cases simultaneously through strong organizational skills. Experience with fraud prevention techniques and detection strategies within insurance claims environments is highly desirable. Join us in shaping a fairer, more transparent claims process! $30.00 - $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
