Job Description

Our company provides home inspection services to thousands of residential and commercial clients every year, and we are looking for a new inspector to join our team in the Bay Area. Since we're in a niche market, we don't expect you to have previous experience. Our inspectors go through PAID training to gain proper certification(s) to perform our inspections. The certification is yours and is not contingent on working for us. Even if you have minimal experience, the training we provide will bring you right up to speed so you feel comfortable and ready to go. You can expect to earn between $175 and $400 every day you do inspections. The inspections will be in your local area. As such, you will need to have reliable transportation, a valid license, and insurance. You would do a visual inspection (we will show you what to look for) take some measurements (you must be able to read a tape measure or laser tape) take job pictures and then fill in a templated report. Once your certification training is complete, we will take you on several live inspections to complete your on-site training. Our senior inspectors are never more than a phone call away ready to assist. You are part of our team, the face the public sees, and we are not going to let you fail.
  • Weekly Pay (Paychecks issued every Friday)

Other Compensation Offered:
  • Company paid vehicle after six months on the job
  • Weekly bonuses (start after 90 day promotion)
Primary Responsibilities:
On-time arrivals to all jobsites, ready to perform work activities. Maintain a clean and organized appearance. Perform comprehensive inspection of properties based on provided training protocols Provide accurate documentation of the inspection protocols. Ensure clear two-way communication with all parties involved. Completing inspection reports in a timely manner.
Position Requirements:
Have reliable transportation available on weekdays 8AM-5PM Have access to computer and smartphone Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet use. Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly. Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)If you have what it takes please send a resume containing your contact information.
