$50,000 Performance-Based Commission / Monthly Bonus Structure Earnings are performance-based and may vary depending on storm activity, claim volume, territory opportunities, assigned Outside Sales Representative production, referral relationships, and individual follow-through. Bonus opportunities are tied to total monthly sales volume and active support of assigned Outside Sales Representatives, including follow-up, documentation, scheduling support, and pipeline accuracy. About Pinnacle Pinnacle Windows & Restoration is a Colorado-based leader in residential insurance restoration, specializing in windows, doors, and exterior systems. We are not a retail environment. Our work centers around insurance claims—supporting homeowners through the restoration process while coordinating with adjusters, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are properly scoped and executed. Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Claims Specialist to support our Outside Sales Representatives and play a critical role in moving projects through the insurance process. This position is responsible for quoting support, claims coordination, and internal/external communication, ensuring that every project is properly documented, submitted, and followed through to completion. This is a fast-paced, communication-heavy role that requires strong follow-up, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously. Core Responsibilities Sales & Quoting Support Assist Outside Sales Representatives with estimate and quote preparation. Review project details for completeness and accuracy. Ensure proper documentation, photos, and scope details are captured. Insurance Claims Coordination Submit estimates and documentation to insurance carriers. Track claim progress and follow up with adjusters as needed. Identify and communicate discrepancies, missing scope, and supplements. Support the lifecycle of a claim from initial submission through approval. Communication & Follow-Up Communicate consistently with homeowners, adjusters, vendors, and internal teams. Manage high volumes of communication via phone, email, and text. Provide timely updates and ensure all parties are aligned. System & Process Management Maintain accurate job records and notes within company systems. Track project status and ensure proper workflow progression. Support internal teams by keeping files organized and up to date. Performance Expectations Maintain strong communication and follow-up across all active files. Ensure accuracy and completeness in all submissions. Effectively manage multiple claims and deadlines simultaneously. Support sales reps in driving projects to approval and close. Technical & Software Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with or willingness to learn: JobNimbus (CRM & project tracking) Hatch (communication platform) Qualifications Prior experience in insurance claims, construction, or restoration preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to problem-solve and think critically in a fast-paced environment.
