Aspirion seeks a Denials Supervisor to lead a team resolving complex payer denials and underpayments for hospital and health system clients. In this role, you will oversee daily workloads, monitor KPIs, and coach specialists handling appeals, documentation, and follow-up on denied and underpaid claims. You will collaborate with clients, payers, and internal experts to identify root causes, reduce preventable denials, and optimize reimbursement. Ideal candidates bring strong revenue cycle knowledge, leadership experience, and a passion for mission-driven results and client advocacy. Responsibilities Supervise daily activities of denials specialists and manage work queues to meet productivity and quality goals. Review denied and underpaid claims, guiding staff on appeal strategies and escalation pathways. Monitor KPIs and create reports on recovery performance, denial trends, and team results. Collaborate with clients, payers, and internal stakeholders to resolve complex reimbursement issues. Identify denial root causes and recommend process improvements to reduce preventable denials. Provide coaching, feedback, and training to team members to build expertise and consistency. Ensure compliance with payer guidelines, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. Partner with analytics and operations leaders to leverage data and technology in denial prevention and recovery.
