Vehicle Conditions Specialist

This is a high-impact role with real influence across a growing dealer group. We're looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, and high-accountability Vehicle Conditions Specialist to drive trade acquisition performance at our Lake Wales dealerships. You'll be the primary resource for quick, accurate vehicle conditions assessments, appraisal process excellence, and driving execution of the Dyer appraisal offering. This is an exciting opportunity to join the used vehicle team with potential for career growth. What you'll own: Execute fast, accurate conditions assessments of vehicle trades and off-site acquisitions Drive key performance outcomes: accurately capturing vehicle reconditioning costs, vehicle photos, and other relevant vehicle info Partner closely with the Centralized Appraiser and sales team on appraisal requests, vehicle staging, and other customer facing activities Be a subject matter expert on the Dyer appraisal process and vAuto/provision/VINsolutions Who you need to be: Have a high-attention to detail and steadily accurate in a fast-paced environment Ability to multi-task High standards / strong follow-through Comfortable following through process and ongoing training Can communicate effectively across multiple levels
