The Regulatory & Claims Associate role performs administrative tasks within their assigned area(s) of responsibility, which may include claims, insurance, and legal administrative support, and/or assistance with routine licensing matters and low‑complexity claims that follow established processes and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
As assigned, collect internal documentation and evidence for use in claims, insurance, regulatory, and/or licensing matters. As assigned, prepare routine documentation, correspondence, and/or applications to pursue lower-complexity, high-volume claims under first-party and third-party insurance policies, and to support the renewal of standard business licenses. Provide administrative support to Regulatory & Claims Team. Tracks and manages high-volume, routine claim and licensing activity to completion. Perform other duties as assigned.
Compensation :
Starting pay range:‏‏‎ ‎$21.00‏‏‎ ‎-‏‏‎ ‎$24.00 per hour.‏‏‎ ‎Actual pay may vary based on Casey's assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Work is primarily performed in an office setting. Limited travel may be required, approximately 5% of the time.
Preferred:
At least two years of experience supporting legal, regulatory, or administrative processes, including preparing, processing, filing, and maintaining legal or regulatory documents and forms.
