The Claims Specialist will communicate with bail agents, courts, attorneys, recovery vendors, and internal departments to obtain and maintain claim information, monitor forfeiture activity, process claim payments, ensure claim files are accurate and complete. This position will develop knowledge of applicable state statutes, company procedures, and bond forfeiture requirements while progressively assuming responsibility for routine claims.
