Job Description
Job Summary King of Freight King of Freight is a locally owned Freight Brokerage that has been operating since 2008. We are growing quickly and are hiring for our Claims Department. We are looking for candidates that are experienced on a computer with quick typing skills (minimum of 35WPM), pay close attention to detail and have experience in claims, specifically in auto comprehension and collision insurance claims. Experience in the trucking industry is a plus but is not required. This position will start at $20.00 an hour. The hours will be 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Responsibilities Reaching out to customers for payment Working with customers to resolve any issues that will delay payment Working with other departments to ensure customers are billed correctly and efficiently Building rapport with customers and working closely to ensure payments are received Required Skills/Abilities 4 or more years' experience in auto insurance adjusting Excellent verbal and written communication skills, personable, well spoken Excellent time management skills Strong problem-solving skills Familiar with computer systems, ability to type at least 35
