We are looking for inspectors who are already working with other vendor companies and want to increase their volume . A minimum of 2+ years of experience is required. This is contract work and you will be paid at a flat rate per inspection as an independent contractor . Rates are negotiable and based on experience. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of insurance inspection experience Proficiency with computers , the internet , and Loss Control 360 Must supply your own tools: Cell phone Computer Digital camera High‑speed internet Measuring wheel Reliable transportation Valid driver's license Ability to pass a background screening Strong communication skills — many inspections require scheduling appointments Responsibilities During each property visit, inspectors will: Conduct an interview with the insured or occupant Inspect the premises to identify hazards or concerns for the carrier Take digital photographs Measure the dwelling; some carriers require a diagram Produce a detailed report promptly based on the information gathered All assignments are received and submitted online .
