A Claims Supervisor is responsible for a team of claims examiners and associated staff. Oversees team success and ensures that claims practices and procedures comply with contracts, regulations, and guidelines.

Chanhassen, MN This role leads the day-to-day execution of our settlement administration practice, owning the lifecycle of active matters from notice and claims intake through fund distribution. The Director supervises our project managers and operations support staff and reports directly to the CEO. Key Responsibilities Direct the execution of active settlement administration matters, including notice campaigns, claims intake and review, and distribution of settlement funds. Supervise and allocate work across project managers and operations support staff; monitor workload and matter deadlines. Serve as the operational escalation point for court deadlines, reporting requirements, and client commitments. Establish and enforce standard operating procedures for claims processing, quality control, notice, and distribution workflows. Ensure operational compliance with confidentiality, data security, and regulatory obligations applicable to claimant personally identifiable information. Qualifications 5 to 8 years of progressive operations experience, including at least 2 years supervising staff or leading teams. Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent, deadline-driven projects or programs. Strong working knowledge of data-intensive workflows, quality control processes, and documented procedures. Excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for interaction with law firms, courts, and government agencies.
Preferred:
experience in settlement or claims administration, legal services, or a similarly regulated environment; familiarity with data privacy and security frameworks; bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field.
Pay:
$90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
