Job Location:

St Paul, MN 55101 (Remote with 2 days have to visit in a month) Review and process annuity claim and life insurnace transactions and related documentation. Verify claim requirements and supporting documentation. Update and maintain claim records within company systems. Prepare and process customer correspondence. Research claim issues and resolve routine processing exceptions. Monitor work queues and complete assigned work within established turnaround times. Partner with internal teams to obtain information needed to complete claim processing. Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and operating procedures. Support quality reviews and audit requests as needed. Provide professional service to internal and external customers.
