Housing Inspector (Independent Contractor) United Inspectors LLC is seeking a dependable, self-motivated Housing Inspector to perform mortgage and insurance property inspections throughout Harrison, Stone, and Hancock counties, with opportunities to expand into other areas of Mississippi as workload increases. Our company contracts with Safeguard Properties, a nationwide property preservation and management company. This is an independent contractor position with weekly direct deposit payments.

Compensation Estimated earnings:

$500-$750 per week Paid weekly via direct deposit. Compensation is based on completed inspections—the more inspections you complete, the more you earn. Additional opportunities to travel and work in higher-volume areas may be available when needed. Why You'll Like This Position Flexible schedule—you manage your own daily route and work schedule. No holiday work required, provided your inspections are completed on time (or up to 7 days before the due date). Opportunity to increase earnings by taking on additional inspections or covering higher-volume territories. Training is provided. Once hired and your background check has been successfully completed, we will provide the training needed to perform inspections and use the required software. Requirements Must be able to pass a background check through AspenGrove and ShieldHub. Must own a smartphone capable of running the company inspection app. Must have a reliable vehicle (good fuel economy is preferred). Must present a professional appearance and dress appropriately while conducting inspections. Must be available for a virtual interview via Indeed or Zoom. Must be available to work a minimum of 3 days per week . Must be reliable, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
