As our Insurance Property Inspector, you'll earn $20-$28 per billable hour . What Makes You a Great Fit We're looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working independently, solving problems, and spending time in the field. Previous experience in any of the following areas is highly valued: Insurance inspections Real estate or property appraisal Home inspections Insurance claims adjusting Construction or commercial contracting Loss control or risk assessment First responder experience To be successful in this role, you should also have: A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a willingness to travel throughout your assigned territory. The ability to work independently while managing your own schedule and workload. Strong attention to detail with accurate measuring, documentation, and reporting skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, smartphones, and Windows-based laptops. The ability to complete administrative work remotely and submit reports in a timely manner. A willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve. The ability to work comfortably outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. No specific degree is required.
