10:00 AM-6:30 PM or 11:30 AM-8:00 PM | $20.90/hour Position Overview We are seeking compassionate and detail-oriented Patient Support Specialists to join a growing call center team in Whippany, NJ. This role is ideal for candidates with strong customer service, healthcare support, call center, or patient-facing experience who enjoy helping others and making a positive impact. As a Patient Support Specialist, you will serve as a key point of contact for patients, providers, and pharmacies by handling inbound and outbound calls, answering questions regarding medication access, reimbursement programs, and patient assistance services. The ideal candidate will provide a high level of customer service while maintaining accuracy and professionalism in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Answer inbound and outbound calls from patients, healthcare providers, and pharmacies. Assist callers with medication access, reimbursement inquiries, program enrollment, and general support questions. Deliver a compassionate, patient-focused experience while maintaining professionalism and empathy. Review, process, and document claims according to client and program guidelines. Accurately update and maintain records within company systems. Escalate complex issues to Program Management, IT, or appropriate internal departments as needed. Follow established procedures, quality standards, and compliance requirements. Perform additional administrative and support duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous customer service, call center, patient support, healthcare, pharmacy, insurance, or administrative experience preferred. Strong communication and active listening skills. Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Ability to handle confidential information professionally. Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent customer service. #IND806
