$20,000-$30,000 About the Role We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Claim Coordinator to serve as a key point of contact for existing claimants. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth claimant experience by verifying information, answering questions, and guiding individuals through the next steps of the claims process. The ideal candidate delivers exceptional service with empathy, accuracy, and a strong sense of urgency.
Key Responsibilities Client Engagement:
Provide exceptional service across phone, email, web, and live chat, ensuring claimants feel supported and understood.
Data Verification:
Confirm and verify all claim-related information with precision while collecting any additional details needed.
Service Excellence:
Handle every interaction with professionalism, attention to detail, and urgency to drive efficient outcomes.
Process Guidance:
Clearly explain claim next steps and transition clients to the Case Management team (paralegals, attorneys, etc.) when appropriate.
Candidate Requirements:
Essential Attributes Previous customer service experience , ideally in a role requiring direct client interaction. Strong telephone etiquette with clear, courteous communication. Excellent active listening , verbal communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong written communication , including grammar, spelling, and email clarity. High level of organization , attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks. Comfortable multitasking and managing multiple inquiries at once. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and administrative teams. Adaptability to fast-paced, high-volume environments. Strong emotional intelligence , including empathy and professionalism. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a law firm or legal environment (plus) Background in insurance, healthcare, or medical administration (plus) Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), VoIP tools, and e-signature platforms Contact Center or Call Center experience (plus) College degree preferred (not required) Bilingual abilities (plus) #IND2
Pay:
$52,000.00 - $55,500.00 per year
