A settlement negotiator must be able to negotiate with insurance claims adjusters and communicate with clients and medical providers. You must have prior negotiation experience and be able to provide quality service and ensure prompt distribution of settlement proceeds. Requirements:
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. Training with our office system will be provided. Attention to detail. Maintain professional demeanor on the phone and in all business communications. Ability to meet deadlines
Responsibilities:
Negotiate settlement Draft settlement stipulations Create arbitration packages Uploading documents to the ADR website Correspond with clients, medical providers and insurance carriers over the phone and through email Work both independently and as a member of a team Review all files thoroughly to determine strategy Familiarity with denial reasoning from insurance carriers Candidate must be highly motivated, with excellent organizational, typing and communication skills.
