Job Description
Job Overview Sub Contractor position
- Set your own hours (must be during daylight hours
- Flexibility
- approximately 3 days a week.
- -Interior and Exterior property inspections, photo documentation, basic securing of property to minimize safety hazards, deliver and/or post notifications, etc. Tools/Equipment Needed
- Reliable vehicle (with good gas mileage), iPhone, stand alone GPS and route maximizing software, computer with high speed internet connection, printer/scanner, Volt stick, Selfie Stick. Training
- No experience necessary, we will train selected candidate. 2 days of training out of Mansfield, Ohio Pay
- Is based on per inspection rate and paid weekly via direct deposit.
