What You'll Do As a Workers' Compensation Claims Examiner , you'll play an important role in helping injured employees navigate the claims process while protecting our clients through fair, accurate, and timely claim management.
Your day may include:
Investigating and managing workers' compensation claims from start to finish Gathering information and evaluating claims to determine appropriate next steps Working with medical providers, investigators, attorneys, and vendor partners Managing litigated claims and helping drive timely resolutions Identifying claim trends and partnering with our Risk Management team on safety initiatives Assisting with special projects and continuous improvement efforts Building positive relationships with clients, coworkers, and business partners

What You'll Bring Required:
Associate degree At least 1 year of workers' compensation claims experience Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Willingness to travel occasionally
