Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

- Claims Support Specialist II

- Provide administrative and customer service support to claims teams
- Answer inbound calls and assist policyholders, claimants, agents, and adjusters
- Enter and update claim information and loss reports
- Prepare, process, and maintain confidential claims documentation
- Assist with follow-up calls and support claim file activities
- Coordinate meetings, order office supplies, and manage mail distribution
- Greet and direct visitors to appropriate personnel
- Support claims operations across multiple areas including property, liability, workers' compensation, medical, litigation, and subrogation
- Assist during weather-related events and catastrophic loss situations
- Verify policyholder information and provide basic claims-related assistance

- This is a Contract position based out of Johnstown, PA.
- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
