1099 Contractor -Property Inspector

Insurance Opportunities - Underwriting Surveys - Outdoor work. Information Providers, Inc (IPI) is currently accepting applications for Insurance Property Inspectors for personal lines and commercial. Work from home and outdoor work opportunity. We welcome seasoned Insurance Inspector/Surveyor professionals, but experience is not necessary. We pride ourselves on the extensive training program, where we develop talent regardless of educational and professional background. We teach and mentor our staff on how to skillfully prepare a detailed and professional Underwriting Reports. This is what we do. Our Insurance Underwriting Surveyors conduct on-site insurance inspections collecting photographs, home/business characteristics, and identifying any hazards or concerns that may exist. These are the job requirements. Insurance background helpful, but not required Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and have strong analytical, problem solving, decision making, and organizational skills. Strong computer skills, including general knowledge of Windows Office products. This is what we offer. This is a production-based pay position, our staff charge for their time to complete the reports. As an experienced insurance professional, the income ranges from $17-$25 an hour and up (depending on experience and qualifications). Independent Contractor positions are available.
