Process:
You will actively manage a pending inventory of 80 to 120 moderately complex service claims from intake to resolution, taking on an average of 5 new claims daily.Investigate & Negotiate:
Dive deep into investigations to accurately assess liability, evaluate damages, and confidently negotiate settlements. Be theExpert:
Utilize your independent judgment and critical thinking to set reserves and authorize payments within your specific limits of authority.Deliver Empathy:
Act as a trusted guide for our customers, resolving claims with a customer-centric approach while skillfully de-escalating challenging calls. What You Bring to theTable Experience:
You typically bring 2 to 3 years of front-line auto claim-handling, investigation, and phone queue experience, including third-party handling and liability determinations.Education:
An Associate degree is required to get started, though a Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.Technical Agility:
You are a pro at navigating computer systems and the MS Office suite—and if you have Guidewire experience, that's a massive plus!Remote Readiness:
You have a reliable home office setup with a minimum internet connection of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload to thrive in our hybrid work environment.salary:

High SchoolResponsibilities- Manage an active pending inventory of approximately 80-120 moderately complex service claims from intake through resolution, receiving an average of 5 new claims daily.
- Conduct thorough investigations, assess liability, handle loop calls, and evaluate damages using established procedures.
- Engage underwriting, legal, and other core stakeholders for comprehensive investigation and evaluations.
- Identify and assign subrogation potential appropriately; set up files to support successful recovery efforts.
- Identify possibly suspicious claims and refer them to the Special Investigation Unit.
- Transfer risk to appropriate parties and implement management techniques to mitigate loss.
- Set reserves and authorize payments within specific limits and moderate scope of authority; utilize discretion and independent judgment.
- Utilize technology and data tools to enhance claims processing efficiency and accuracy in a paperless environment.
