We are looking for an experienced Property Claims Adjuster to join our growing team and provide local coverage throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania . This is a growing territory where we are looking to add additional support . We are specifically looking for someone who lives in or around the coverage area and can service:

We are looking for an experienced restoration professional or property claims adjuster with strong estimating experience who would be a good fit within our company and our approach to client service. The ideal candidate will have experience with property damage, estimating, and working with homeowners, contractors, and insurance carriers. We value professionals who are dependable, communicate well, take pride in their work, and can work independently while being a strong part of our team. What You'll Do Inspect residential and commercial properties and evaluate damages Determine the scope of loss and prepare accurate estimates Prepare detailed claim reports and documentation Communicate professionally with insureds, contractors, and insurance carriers Manage assigned claims efficiently and meet required deadlines Provide timely, accurate field reports Qualifications Previous property claims adjusting or restoration experience Experience with Xactimate and property damage estimating Strong understanding of residential and/or commercial property damage Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage your schedule Appropriate adjuster licensing Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory Candidate must live within or near the coverage area
