We are expanding our field team and seeking experienced investigators who can independently manage assignments while delivering timely, accurate results. The Position We are seeking Field Investigators to handle workers' compensation (AOE/COE) and liability investigations throughout the Coachella Valley , including Indio, Palm Desert, Palm Springs, Coachella, and surrounding communities. This is a field-based position . Investigators work from home when not in the field and travel directly from home to assigned investigation locations. Paid travel time and mileage reimbursement are provided. No regular reporting to our Redlands corporate office is required. Key Responsibilities Conduct interviews with claimants, employers, witnesses, and other involved parties. Obtain recorded statements and supporting documentation. Conduct scene investigations, photographs, and evidence gathering as needed. Manage assigned cases and provide timely status updates. Prepare clear, accurate investigative reports. Qualifications Minimum one (1) year of direct experience conducting workers' compensation (AOE/COE) field investigations. Strong interviewing and statement-taking skills. Strong investigative report-writing skills. Ability to independently manage assignments and deadlines. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record. Ability to travel throughout the Coachella Valley service area. Preferred General liability investigation experience. Bilingual English/Spanish. Title IX or workplace investigation experience. Compensation within the posted range is based on directly relevant investigative experience .
