Independent Adjusters and CAT Adjusters will not qualify for this opportunity! This role involves investigating, evaluating, and settling property insurance claims in the field, ensuring fair and accurate claim resolutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analysis skills, negotiation abilities, and a solid understanding of workers' compensation law to effectively manage claims while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Duties Conduct thorough on-site inspections of property damage claims to assess extent and cause of loss. Gather evidence, photographs, and documentation necessary for claim evaluation. Utilize auto estimating tools and financial software to determine repair or replacement costs. Analyze claim details to detect potential fraud or discrepancies, applying fraud prevention and detection techniques. Negotiate settlements with policyholders, contractors, and vendors to reach mutually agreeable resolutions. Maintain detailed records of claim activities, findings, and decisions in accordance with organizational procedures. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure compliance with workers' compensation law and insurance policies. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly and empathetically throughout the claims process. Stay updated on industry regulations, legal requirements, and best practices related to workers' compensation and property claims. Experience Proven experience in property insurance claims adjusting or related roles involving field investigations. Knowledge of workers' compensation law and related legal frameworks is highly desirable. Demonstrated proficiency with financial software and auto estimating tools. Strong analysis skills with the ability to identify potential fraud or discrepancies effectively. Must maintain a Florida All-Lines adjuster (620) license. 5+ years of property claims adjustment experience required including at least 2 years of field experience. 2+ years adjusting interior perils.

Pay:

$75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
