Job Description
Kirby Bates Associates, a premier national healthcare leadership firm, is seeking a Consultant, Dental Claims Configuration & Processing. This will be a hybrid position with some travel required. This highly specialized subject-matter expert will provide senior-level dental claims operational leadership to support the organization's dental oversight function during a critical period of operational stabilization. Requirements 15 or more years of dental claims experience, including deep expertise in claims processing and operations 5+ years of leadership experience. Proven experience with dental claims configuration and benefit setup, translating benefit design into accurate claims adjudication. Experience working in highly regulated environments (e.g., state insurance departments, OPM, CMS, or similar). Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough root-cause analysis and deliver insights that withstand external audit scrutiny.
