What You'll Do You'll manage your own portfolio of auto liability claims from first notice of loss through resolution while delivering an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you'll: Investigate automobile accidents by gathering facts and reviewing evidence. Interview insureds, claimants, witnesses, and other involved parties. Evaluate coverage, liability, damages, and potential injury exposure. Make sound claim decisions based on policy language and the facts of each loss. Negotiate fair and timely claim settlements. Manage claim reserves and maintain accurate claim documentation. Identify complex claim issues and collaborate with internal partners when needed. Deliver clear, timely communication that builds trust with customers. Balance quality, productivity, and customer service while managing an active caseload. Continue developing your claims expertise through coaching, training, and ongoing professional development. Experience handling non-standard automobile claims. Adjuster's license or the ability to obtain one, where required. Spanish-English bilingual skills.
