Kelly Services, in partnership with Nissan North America, is seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team as a Mechanical Claims Adjuster . This is a fully remote opportunity with excellent promotional potential.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide telephone and email support throughout the claims life cycle for Nissan Security+Plus, Infiniti Elite, Mitsubishi Diamond Care, and QualityGuard+Plus vehicle service contracts Work with dealerships and service advisors to approve or deny claims Verify contract coverage and eligibility to NESNA policies Ascertain appropriate parts and labor charges, provide preapprovals, facilitate inspections, and secure vendor parts Perform research using available tools to adjudicate claims according to NESNA policy Assist service contract policy holders and repair facilities Conduct transactions in accordance with NESNA policies and procedures to ensure proper fund usage and timely completion of repair claims

Minimum Qualifications:

2+ years' experience as a Mechanical Automotive Technician (dealership, aftermarket, or independent shop preferred) ASE Certification or demonstrated mechanical acumen Strong interpersonal, decision-making, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other PC applications Typing speed of at least 30 wpm Solid work history
