Job Responsibilities:
- + Provide telephone and email support throughout the claims life cycle for Nissan Security+Plus, Infiniti Elite, Mitsubishi Diamond Care, and QualityGuard+Plus vehicle service contracts + Work with dealerships and service advisors to approve or deny claims + Verify contract coverage and eligibility to NESNA policies + Ascertain appropriate parts and labor charges, provide preapprovals, facilitate inspections, and secure vendor parts + Perform research using available tools to adjudicate claims according to NESNA policy + Assist service contract policy holders and repair facilities + Conduct transactions in accordance with NESNA policies and procedures to ensure proper fund usage and timely completion of repair claims •
Minimum Qualifications:
- + 2+ years' experience as a Mechanical Automotive Technician (dealership, aftermarket, or independent shop preferred) + ASE Certification or demonstrated mechanical acumen + Strong interpersonal, decision-making, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other PC applications + Typing speed of at least 30 wpm + Solid work history
