Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced FHA Claims Specialist for a direct hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a mortgage servicing professional with strong knowledge of FHA Part B claims, Claims Without Conveyance of Title, foreclosure claims, and investor guideline compliance. The FHA Claims Specialist will play a key role in reviewing, testing, filing, and resolving foreclosure-related claims with a high degree of accuracy. Key Responsibilities
- Review, prepare, and file FHA Part B, CWCOT, VA, USDA, and supplemental foreclosure claims.
- Perform QA and QC testing to ensure claims are accurate, complete, and compliant with FHA/HUD and investor guidelines.
- Review foreclosure documentation, servicing records, timelines, expenses, and claim calculations.
- Identify discrepancies, missing documentation, claim errors, and compliance concerns before submission.
- Research and independently resolve claim exceptions, documentation issues, and claim status concerns.
- Monitor claims throughout the lifecycle to ensure deadlines, regulatory requirements, and internal standards are met. Compensation and Benefits
