Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced FHA Claims Specialist for a direct hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a mortgage servicing professional with strong knowledge of FHA Part B claims, Claims Without Conveyance of Title, foreclosure claims, and investor guideline compliance. The FHA Claims Specialist will play a key role in reviewing, testing, filing, and resolving foreclosure-related claims with a high degree of accuracy. This opportunity offers a detail-focused work environment where compliance, collaboration, accountability, and clear communication are valued. The right candidate will join a professional team environment that supports quality work, independent problem-solving, and timely execution in a highly regulated mortgage servicing setting. Key Responsibilities
  • Review, prepare, and file FHA Part B, CWCOT, VA, USDA, and supplemental foreclosure claims.
  • Perform QA and QC testing to ensure claims are accurate, complete, and compliant with FHA/HUD and investor guidelines.
  • Review foreclosure documentation, servicing records, timelines, expenses, and claim calculations.
  • Identify discrepancies, missing documentation, claim errors, and compliance concerns before submission.
  • Research and independently resolve claim exceptions, documentation issues, and claim status concerns.
  • Monitor claims throughout the lifecycle to ensure deadlines, regulatory requirements, and internal standards are met. Compensation and Benefits
