Property Condition Analyst Direct Connect Field Services - 2.8 Bradenton, FL Job Details Part-time | Full-time | Contract $15 - $40 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Computer operation Route planning Driving Performing background checks GPS devices Mobile devices Full Job Description Property Inspector- These field inspections are conducted for mortgage companies to determine the occupancy status and condition of property. When a property is vacant, an interior inspection could be required. You are considered an independent contractor, therefore you are a 1099 employee. You are paid a flat fee per inspection based on your location and its volume, and there are no reimbursements for mileage/fuel or other expenses you incur. The volume of work varies slightly from week to week. You are required to maintain on time work (complete by due dates), but you make your own schedule. Being available to work a minimum of two (2) days per week is necessary to maintain on time work. To be considered you must have the following: A reliable, fuel efficient vehicle to drive to properties GPS Laptop or Desktop PC Smart Phone - or Tablet (IPhone or Android) Printer You MUST be able to pass a background check
