  • Full-time PERMA is seeking experienced Workers' Compensation Adjusters to join our Claims Department.
We're looking for professionals with a demonstrated background handling lost-time workers' compensation claims from initial investigation through resolution. Successful candidates will be comfortable managing indemnity claims, coordinating with medical providers and legal counsel, evaluating compensability, establishing reserves, and ensuring compliance with New York State Workers' Compensation laws and regulations. Experience handling lost-time indemnity claims Working knowledge of New York State Workers' Compensation Law and Board regulations Strong investigation, negotiation, and claim management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience working in a TPA, carrier, self-insured, or municipal workers' compensation environment preferred New York adjuster license Must reside in New York. $58,000

  • Actual starting salary will be based on experience, qualifications, technical expertise, licensing, internal equity, and business needs.
