High SchoolResponsibilities Prepare, process, and track all warranty claims and customer RMAs accurately across multiple locations, ensuring fast turnaround times and full alignment with vendor standards. Serve as the main point of contact for claim status updates, working directly with customers and suppliers to ensure clear communication and documentation. Post warranty credits, reconcile receivables against accounting schedules, and actively manage open claims to secure timely payments. Analyze rejected claims, make swift corrections for resubmission, or obtain proper sign-offs for write-offs when necessary. Keep warranty tracking systems up-to-date, organized, and compliant from initial request to final payout. Pitch in with general administrative tasks and phone coverage once daily warranty priorities are fully managed. Qualifications At least 2 years of hands-on experience processing and managing warranty claims. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Proven track record in customer service, sharp numerical proficiency, and top-tier organizational skills. Proficient computer literacy, especially with spreadsheets and core office applications. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to interface confidently with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
