Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve BI auto claims Interpret medical reports, review medical billing, assess claim value Adjust reserves adequately on all new and existing claims Assess comparative negligence Corresponds with attorneys, insured's, and agents Maintain effective diary system for appropriate claim management Protect liens Involve SIU when warranted Works under limited supervision Handle claims in a timely manner and in accordance with Texas compliance rules
