PMeducation:
High SchoolResponsibilities Investigate and resolve insurance claims accurately and efficiently via phone, including determining coverage, cause of loss, and documenting activity. Analyze and resolve coverage issues per Company protocol, conducting thorough policy reviews. Negotiate settlements of limited monetary value with policyholders under supervision. Develop and execute detailed investigative plans (e.g., scene investigation, statements, official reports) to identify damages, liable parties, and potential fraud. Conduct thorough damage development, leading to timely and adequate evaluations (e.g., appraisals, estimates, records review). Develop repair/replacement methods, verify ownership, and policy limitations. Establish voice-to-voice communication within 24 hours and maintain effective Customer communication throughout the claim process. Negotiate claim settlements of limited monetary value with policyholders under supervisor authority. Maintain company reputation and compliance by adhering to federal and state regulations, Company protocol, and service standards. Stay current on industry trends and regulations.
