We are currently sourcing multiple Auto Customer Service Representatives to work out of our Irving, TX office. These positions are in office and start immediately!

Required Qualifications:

1+ years of experience as an Insurance Professional, CSR, Claims Assistant in the Auto Industry Experience settng up new claims accurately across Salesforce, Claim Leader, and CCC One Able to upload and organize photos, estimates, and invoices in CCC One, keeping files audit-ready for adjuster review.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree
