This is not just a data-entry role; you will actively manage the payment lifecycle, resolve transactional discrepancies, and ensure our dealerships, repair facilities, and vendors experience world-class financial service. This position requires a detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys the intersection of customer service and accounting. This is a full time, hourly, in-office position based in Richardson, TX.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required OR Associate's degree in business administration, or a related field 0-2 years of experience in payment processing, billing operations, or a high-volume, transactional accounting support role
Primary Job Functions:
Process financial workflows generated by the claims department, executing secure, timely payments to repair facilities utilizing credit card merchant processors Gather, code, and organize incoming invoices for the Accounts Payable pipeline, ensuring alignment with general ledger requirements Professionally field and resolve inquiries via phone and email from customers, dealerships, repair facilities and vendors regarding payments Proactively investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve payment processing issues, failed card authorizations, and invoice mismatches
Skills & Competencies Required:
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage inbound volume with a calm, helpful, and professional demeanor. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to pivot seamlessly between administrative tasks, deep analytical tracking, and phone communication. Natural aptitude for problem-solving; someone who looks beyond the surface of a payment discrepancy to find the root cause and correct it.
