• Job Description and Responsibilities Visit customers at their homes to help them resolve overdue account balances in a respectful and professional manner.

Provide professional, courteous service while resolving outstanding balances Communicate effectively with supervisors and management Manage daily routes efficiently to meet established performance goals This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, has strong communication skills, and takes initiative without needing to be micromanaged .
