Type:

full-time Red River Pharmacy is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Claims Reconciliation Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a full-time, in-office or potentially hybrid / remote position working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM . Position Responsibilities Reconcile insurance claims and identify billing discrepancies. Investigate and resolve claim rejections and payment issues. Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits. Complete insurance prior authorizations in a timely manner. Communicate with insurance companies, providers, and internal departments to resolve claim issues. Maintain accurate documentation and records. Ensure compliance with pharmacy and insurance regulations. Assist with additional billing and reimbursement tasks as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience with insurance verification and prior authorizations is strongly preferred Experience with pharmacy claims reconciliation or medical billing is preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. Proficient with computer systems and Microsoft Office applications. Licensed Pharmacy Technician preferred but not required.
