Water Mitigation Estimato r Wardlaw Claims Services, LLC Waco, TX or Dallas, TX (In-Office Position) Join an Industry Leader in Property Claims & Restoration Review Wardlaw Claims Services is a nationally recognized leader in catastrophe and daily claims handling, desk adjusting, and customized carrier solutions. We are seeking detail-oriented, analytical professionals to join our growing Water Mitigation Review Team. As a Water Mitigation Estimator, you will play a critical role in reviewing, auditing, and validating water mitigation insurance claims. This position combines investigation, construction knowledge, and analytical thinking to ensure claims are accurately estimated, properly documented, and billed in accordance with industry standards. What You'll Do Review and audit water mitigation insurance claims for accuracy and compliance. Verify cause of loss and evaluate supporting documentation. Analyze mitigation estimates, invoices, and scope of work for proper billing and pricing. Identify discrepancies, overcharges, omissions, and documentation deficiencies. Communicate findings professionally with internal teams and industry partners. Maintain detailed claim documentation and meet established productivity goals. Stay current on industry standards, restoration practices, and carrier requirements Required Qualifications Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficiency with computers and business software applications. Customer service experience and professional communication skills. General knowledge of residential and commercial construction practices. Preferred Qualifications Texas All-Lines Adjuster License. Experience in insurance claims, mitigation, restoration, construction, or estimating.
