We are seeking someone who is comfortable working directly with customers, performing thorough property inspections, explaining findings clearly, and helping customers determine the appropriate testing services for their situation. Compensation 10% commission on every job you sell. This is a performance-based position with earning potential based on the number and value of jobs sold. Compensation is paid as a 10% commission on qualifying sold jobs. Responsibilities Travel to residential and commercial properties for scheduled inspections Perform professional visual mold and moisture inspections Identify areas of concern, potential moisture issues, and conditions that may contribute to mold growth Recommend appropriate mold testing and sampling based on the property and customer's concerns Clearly explain testing options, pricing, and the inspection process to customers Sell appropriate testing services without using high-pressure sales tactics Take detailed photos and document inspection findings Collect air and/or surface samples when necessary Complete required inspection reports and documentation Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service Represent PureAir Mold Testing professionally at every appointment Qualifications Mold inspection or mold assessment license/certification preferred Previous mold inspection, indoor air quality, restoration, water damage, home inspection, or related experience preferred Sales and customer service experience is a strong plus Comfortable discussing services and closing jobs with customers Strong communication and people skills Reliable and punctual Detail-oriented and able to follow inspection procedures Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Comfortable traveling to customer properties throughout the service area Able to use a smartphone and inspection software for photos, notes, and reports Who We're Looking For We want someone who can combine professional inspection skills with strong customer service and sales ability . You should be able to walk into a property, evaluate the customer's concerns, explain what testing makes sense, answer questions confidently, and help the customer move forward with the appropriate service. Candidates who already hold a mold-related license or professional certification will receive preferred consideration.
