You'll receive hands-on training, work alongside experienced professionals, and gain exposure to the systems, products, and processes that keep one of Wisconsin's largest independent insurance agencies running. If you're curious, organized, and eager to learn, we'll teach you the rest. What You'll Do As a Support Specialist on our Personal Lines team, you'll provide behind-the-scenes support that helps our Account Managers deliver an exceptional client experience for individuals and families. Along the way, you'll develop valuable insurance knowledge while learning how personal insurance products like home, auto, umbrella, recreational vehicle coverage help protect what matters most.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting Account Managers and Producers with day-to-day service requests Entering and processing claims while communicating basic claim information to clients Creating and distributing Evidence of Insurance documents Verifying policy transactions and maintaining accurate client records Navigating our agency management and document management systems Following up on requests and resolving issues in a timely manner Prioritizing multiple tasks while adapting to changing priorities Building a strong understanding of insurance products, coverages, and agency operations What You'll Bring We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a genuine desire to learn. Ideally, you'll have: Two years of professional work experience (or at least one year with R&R Insurance) A customer-first approach and professional demeanor Previous office, administrative, customer service, or insurance experience is helpful but not required Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Strong organizational and time management skills Effective verbal and written communication skills A collaborative mindset and willingness to support teammates The ability to solve problems, ask questions, and continuously learn High school diploma or equivalent
Licensing Requirement:
A Property & Casualty insurance license is required within 90 days of employment. R&R provides training and support to help you achieve your license. Why Join R&R?
