Available Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm •Pay depending on experience•
BROAD SCOPE OF POSITION
Responsible for overseeing compliance in the Community in accordance with government regulations, residents' needs and rights, corporate policies, and procedures. Must maintain excellent standards of service, quality, safety, and cleanliness.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Work with Executive Director in planning and carrying out all aspects of community operations regarding State compliance. Monitor each department, communicate, and interpret policies, training staff and monitor compliance for AZ DHS rules and regulations. Maintain the checklist and records for required updates with the Director to always have continued compliance Keep abreast of current State rule changes Develop positive community relationships in all areas Responsible for seeing that employees get required updates done before expiration dates and follow through once they are notified. Monitor Disaster drills and notify the Director and Maintenance Director when due. Monitor employee records for required in-services and attendance Building and state operating permits are kept up to date

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be at least 25 years of age Able to communicate with staff and always maintain a professional working environment
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma or GED preferred Certified Caregiver a plus CPR/FA certification a plus
EXPERIENCE
Experience working in a secretarial position with good organizational skills Minimum one year experience in a facility or with an agency that provides services to seniors preferred
SPECIAL SKILLS OR REQUIREMENTS
Good people skills required Ability to multitask Computer literate within the boundaries of job requirement Excellent communication skills Must have or be able to obtain fingerprint clearance Able to respond to emergencies of all kinds Must be able to work full time
PHYSICAL AND SENSORY REQUIREMENTS
(With or without the aid of mechanical devices) Climbing, reaching, bending Pushing and pulling Lifting and carrying Sitting, standing, walking Talking and listening Reading and writing Communicating with residents and personnel as well as neighboring community and state regulators Hearing and responding to emergency equipment Maintaining composure in stressful situations
